At ScentStore.lk, we strive to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly, safely, and reliably. Our shipping process is designed to be transparent and efficient. Please review our updated policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer flat-rate shipping across all of Sri Lanka:

Delivery Time: 2 – 7 business days.
Service Area: All regions within Sri Lanka (LK).
Source: Manual dispatch via our verified courier partners.

Note: While we aim for the 2–7 day window, delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping costs simple and fair:

Standard Flat Rate: LKR 399.00
Free Shipping: Available for all orders over LKR 25,000.00.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Only: We currently only deliver within Sri Lanka.
Address Requirements: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
